FAQ

Is Kikter free? Creating an account and playing Naija Mix are free. A one-time unlock of ₦2,000 opens every quiz and airtime cash-out on your account. It is not a subscription.

What does the unlock include? Every current and future quiz, all levels, and airtime cash-out. A few "masters" quizzes also charge a small points entry fee per attempt, shown on the quiz before you start.

How do I cash out? Points are cashed out as airtime for MTN, Airtel, Glo or 9mobile at ₦0.2 per Credits (100 Credits = ₦20). Minimum 50 Credits. No cash-out fee. Your account must be unlocked (one-time ₦2,000). Each phone number can receive airtime for one account only. Requests are checked before sending; if something goes wrong, contact support from your account page.

Why is there one unlock per account and one phone number per account? To stop people creating many accounts to collect rewards, which keeps rewards fair for real players.

I paid but my account is not unlocked. Most payments confirm within seconds. We also re-check pending payments every few minutes. If it still shows locked after 15 minutes, contact support with the payment reference shown after checkout.

Why did a question time out? Each question has a timer. When it reaches zero the answer counts as wrong and the quiz moves on. Leaving the screen during a question also forfeits it.

Are points money? No. Points are rewards inside Kikter. They can be exchanged for airtime under the cash-out terms above; they cannot be withdrawn as cash.
